Pregnancy and infant loss is an experience no one expects, and it can feel isolating, overwhelming, and deeply personal. It may bring many emotions at once — sadness, confusion, anger, or numbness — and there is no “right” way to grieve.
At Growing Together, compassionate support is available to help you process your grief, honour your loss, and find comfort with care and understanding. We offer a listening, non-judgmental presence as we walk alongside you through remembrance and the tender days that follow. You do not have to navigate this journey alone.
Support is tailored to you and your needs. Whether in person or virtually, we provide guidance, validation, and practical support — from holding space for your emotions to connecting with community resources and helping with tasks that may feel overwhelming.
You are welcome to show up exactly as you are. When you’re ready, you can reach out to schedule a consultation, use the chat button to call or text, fill out the form below, or explore the resources further down the page. We are here to listen, to support, and to remind you that you are not alone.
